my approach

I bring over 15 years of facilitating both individual and group therapeutic experiences in a variety of environments and institutions to my therapy. I work in collaboration with you to discover the healing process.I provide a dynamic experience that is informed by all of your experiences as I listen and understand. What transpires in the therapeutic relationship can also inform your interpersonal insight. My psychotherapy framework integrates multiple modalities that include humanistic, psychodynamic, trauma informed, emotion focused, and system centered therapies.

I hold a Masters in Clinical Counseling from Eastern University, St. Davids, PA and a Bachelors in Recreation from Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI. I have specialized training from the National Outdoor Leadership School, American Mountain Guide Association, Contemporary Psychodynamic Institute and American Group Psychotherapists Association. I have maintained my Wilderness First Responder and feel safe and comfortable in a variety of physically and psychological challenging places.
